Framework

1:1 mentoring in 6 x 60-min meetings arranged virtually or in-person (depending on your and your mentor’s locations and preferences)
Mentees in Poland will be assigned to mentors in Poland; mentees in the Philippines will be assigned to mentors in the Philippines; mentees in India will be assigned to mentors in India
Two ~1.5h global circle networking meetings (online)
HR/recruiting consultation with an experienced HR professional
